Just wanted to let you know I am soooo glad I found you back in November of 2018. I needed racing horse fabric for the back of a quilt I was making for the husband of a dear friend, The husband had gone through open heart surgery and I needed to make him a healing quilt. Just want to let you know that my fat quarter Marine fabric arrived today and I am very pleased with the fabric and the service. I was so happy to find your site so I could buy just a fat quarter...all other sites would require me to purchase a whole yard plus more postage. I am making a patriotic lap quilt made of stars with the center block of a variety of neat Americana themes...it is for my granddaughter who will be marrying a Marine.... so thank you so much again for your prompt service...this will be fun to work with!!!

I hope it will be helpful, if you need some proof to show USPS. I don't know if they can do anything about it except apologize or give you some money back, but I expect the USPS gets a LOT of business from you and you expect better.
I should tell you that of a dozen Etsy / small fabric stores, your packaging is one of the nicest. That's one reason I keep coming back to you. Your fabric is measured precisely, carefully cut, I don't have to square it up, nicely folded and fit into the package.
There may be times when you're tired and wonder if anybody even sees or cares. Just want to let you know the extra TLC shows.

I've received the nice fabrics from you -- I love the big elephant fat quarter pieces. I ordered the two left (hope they are still available). The pieces are so neatly cut and folded -- appreciated. Since the fabrics don't show up on my Summary page, how can I leave feedback? You certainly (and always have) get a 100% rating from me. For many years now I have been making memory pillows for my family and friends.
I enjoy customizing each pillow specific to the person's likes. Colors, fabrics, style!
