Fabric Orders

Shipping

• Domestic orders containing all fabric will be charged a maximum rate of $8.00.
• You will have the opportunity to view the shipping cost for your order on the cart page before your order is confirmed.
• Our goal is to ship paid orders within 2 business days but often the orders go out the same day they are made.
• Fabric is shipped via USPS mail.
• International customers are responsible for any brokerage fees, taxes or duties charged by their country.
• We do not apply handling fees to your order.

Returns

• Your complete satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel absolutely comfortable with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund the purchase price of the item you would like to return.
• If item is as described and without defects, and is returned in the condition it was shipped, we will refund your purchase less the original cost of shipping the item to you. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.  There will be no restocking fee.
• If item is not as described or is flawed or defective in any way, we will refund your purchase including shipping and pay the cost of return shipping.

Non-Fabric Products

Shipping

• Non-Fabric orders are shipped via USPS mail or UPS depending on which is more reasonable. Some larger frames are drop-shipped from the manufacturer via UPS delivery.
• International customers are responsible for any brokerage fees, taxes or duties charged by their country.

Returns

• If item is as described and without defects, and is returned in the condition it was shipped, unopened with original packaging intact, we will refund your purchase less the original cost of shipping the item to you. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.  There will be no restocking fee.
• If item is as described and without defects, and is returned in the condition it was shipped, but has been opened and the original packaging is not intact, we will refund your purchase less the original cost of shipping the item to. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. There will be a 20% restocking fee.
• If item is not as described or is flawed or defective in any way, we will refund your purchase including shipping and pay the cost of return shipping.
